Our goal is to find ways to make your business run easier toward both short and long-term goals. Every business is unique in how it delivers their product or service to their customers. Understanding how a business works with their customers is the cornerstone of consulting.
All businesses have challenges and opportunities either internally or externally. Sometimes the answers are easy to recognize. The easily recognizable changes tend to be daily challenges or opportunities in executing the business. Most of the larger questions about business are looked at once or twice a year if at all. Usually when the business files a tax return is when they think long term or strategically.
Thinking strategically with a well-reviewed plan increases the chances of success. Periodic review throughout the business year to ensure the plan is being executed can correct small issues which may have larger implications later. The age of a business does not make planning more or less vital. Businesses from start-ups to late-stage mature businesses have specific important planning needs.

Joshua K. Baker
Joshua is a seasoned financial professional with experience in corporate financial planning, mergers, modernization, investment and banking. He has broad experience helping companies and individuals navigate the complexities of the financial and business world.
He has worked with and for the largest banks domestically to help commercial clients, the banks and high net worth individuals create solutions to complex financial and operational problems. Providing solutions to these problems has given him the ability to see opportunities on both business and personal balance sheets.
He received an MBA in finance from USF Muma Business School and has a degree in Economics and Politics. The combination of academic, business and market knowledge combined with real world application gives him insight which is valuable in assisting businesses develop plans which have been successful.
Joshua is actively engaged with his community as the active Chairman of the USF Sarasota Manatee Alumni Association.
